Quick Fixes:

- Using items will now properly apply effects and remove exhausted (0 quantity) items from inventory.

- Loading and reloading games has been fixed.

- Tooltip stats for equipment will now properly display values.

- Prison cell key is working again (Kara was getting lonely in there)

- Fixed some weird layering issues in the first Prison hallway.
