This guide will help you to unlock all of the named allies in the game (as of version 0.2.16).

NOTE: Some tavern dialog may not make sense based on the acquisition method. This is simply due to some dialog events not yet being implemented. In a future update I will get each ally's introduction event added. If your saved game is already past that point, the events (once added) will still play out, even though they were already part of your roster. Ah the perils of early development!

Anyway... here we go!

Ingrid Bjerg:

Ingrid is being held captive by The Hermit in the caverns. After defeating him and speaking with the water spirit Nerthus in the next room, you will be asked to find your way to the ocean floor via the lower levels of the prison. Once you have discovered and viewed the story event on the ocean floor, you will then want to head back to the caverns. Speak to Nerthus again and she will have Ingrid join you.

Zhedha:

   Required:    x 5

After successfully corrupting 5 female phantoms, Zhedha will appear in the tavern.

Lena Jaeger:

**Must already have unlocked Ingrid Bjerg

     Required:  x 10

Provided that you have Ingrid Bjerg (see above) in your tavern, successfully corrupting 10 Sisters of Iron soldiers will cause Lena to appear in the tavern.

Ester Thrane:

   Required:  x 10

Corrupting 10 Sisters of Steel soldiers will trigger Ester's arrival in the tavern.

Jette Damsgaard:

**Must already have unlocked Ester Thrane

 Required:  x 15

Once you have unlocked Ester Thrane (see above), you can then corrupt 15 Sisters of Steel captains to lure Jette to your tavern.

Astrid Voss:  

**Must already have unlocked Jette Damsgaard

 Required:  x 20

Once you have unlocked Jette Damsgaard (see above), you can then corrupt 20 Sisters of Steel destroyers (not easy) to recruit the mighty Astrid to your ranks.

Hrotsvitha:

In the cathedral library, there is a locked door without a keyhole, or handle for that matter. Using either the Consecration Oil artifact, or the Kennaz (fire) rune, will cause the door to burn down and allow you to pass. In the next chamber you will stumble into Hrotsvitha, who will not be happy to see intruders. Defeat her and she is yours!
